My passion lies in supporting individuals, couples, and teenagers on their journey to wholeness and wellness. Together with my husband, we have raised our two adult children in the Shire and have navigated the seasons of life through harnessing strengths with continual reflection and growth.

In my practice, I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Positive psychology and trauma informed practice.

A little bit

about me

I firmly believe in the profound connection between the body and mind. By tuning into bodily sensations, we can gain insight into how psychological distress manifests not only in thoughts, but also in emotions and physical sensations. Your overall well-being is my priority.

Seeking counselling can be intimidating, as discussing emotions can feel unfamiliar and challenging. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can comfortably explore what burdens you and causes stress. Together, we can lighten your load and restore a healthy balance in your life.
