How do you respond to stress ?

Maybe you are someone who responds in anger, yells, screams and looses their temper, storming off. This is called your fight mode.

Maybe you are someone who responds in silence, becoming passive aggressive, isolating yourself and not expressing how you feel, this is called flight mode.

Maybe you are someone who blanks out, feels exhausted, can’t talk about how they feel and just ignores what is really going on. This is called freeze mode

Knowing how we respond to stress helps us to understand ourselves better, and when we understand the “why” we do what we do, we can then know how to change.
